We have been taught in life and business that we must scream and fight our way through to make our point because after all, we are right and the others are wrong. Such attitude and way of acting only create  more and more problems. There is no chance for creation in destructive attitudes. There is no chance for reaching something higher when we do not listen empathicaly to each others. Yet, this contradicts the way we have been conditioned. Thus, it takes tremendous effort to breakthrough this paradigm of “my way of the highway” and it is extremely difficult. Is it worth it? you would ask, is this the best way to achieve a better result? The answer is simply: It is not the best way. It is the ONLY way.
